Robert L. Heilbronner, Ph.D., ABPP-CN is Director of the Chicago
Neuropsychology Group. He is a clinical neuropsychologist who has practiced in the Chicagoland area for over 12 years.
Dr. Heilbronner is the former Coordinator of Brain Trauma Neuropsychology Services at The
Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC)
and co-founder of The NeuroBehavior and Rehabilitation Network (NBRN). Dr. Heilbronner is a Fellow of The Division of Clinical
Neuropsychology of The American Psychological Association (APA) and of The National Academy of Neuropsychology (NAN). He also
serves as the neuropsychological consultant to The Chicago Blackhawks
hockey team. Dr. Heilbronner has published extensively in
recognized journals and presented at national and international symposia. Specialty areas of practice include:
- traumatic brain injury
- post-concussive disorders
- dementia
- stroke
- malingering and functional disorders
- civil and criminal consultations
- expert testimony
